雅思口語part1 house 和flat 怎么回答

 雅思口語part1 最基礎(chǔ)的問題應(yīng)該如何說?house or flat作為雅思考試中part1最為普遍性的話題，其出現(xiàn)率已經(jīng)不能用高頻來形容了，幾乎每位雅思考生都會遇到的題目到底如何回答才更巧妙。

首先不要忘了 雅思口語考試的評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1.流利連貫2詞匯多樣 3語法多樣 4 發(fā)音

能夠流利清晰的表達(dá)觀點(diǎn)才是重點(diǎn)

盡量根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際情況回答 注意不要一個語調(diào)的機(jī)械表達(dá)這樣考官會覺得考生在背答案

學(xué)會使用停頓詞，把信息一段一段的告訴考官　　

1.  What kind of housing/ accommodation do you live in?
Opinions：小公寓，市中心，生活方便，步行到達(dá) 
Collocations：in the central area of 中心地帶
within the walking distance 步行到達(dá)的距離
Answers for Reference
I have a very small apartment in the central area of my hometown. Although it is very small, it is convenient. All places including supermarkets, office and also bus station are all within the walking distance.
2. Who do you live with?
Opinions：單獨(dú)居住，如果人多，房間擁擠
Collocations：live alone獨(dú)自居住
cramped flat擁擠的公寓
Answers for Reference：
Currently, I live alone because if I live with my parents, that would be very crowded.And my parents don’t want to live in very cramped flat.
3. How long have you lived there?
Opinions：步行上班，節(jié)約時(shí)間，住郊區(qū)通勤時(shí)間久
Collocations：walk to the office步行去上班
live in the suburb 住郊區(qū)
daily commuting 每天的通勤
Answers for Reference：
I have been living here about three years. As I said before, it is quite convenient.I normally walk to the office and it just takes me 20 minutes every day
It saves time. I don’t want to live in suburb and spend a lot of time in daily commuting
